This role involves handling account inquiries, maintaining accurate records, processing payments, coordinating with attorneys and vendors, and assisting with legal and repossession activities in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of collections, accounts receivable, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer-based systems.
- Ability to manage confidential information, meet deadlines, and work independently in a - Team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support legal recovery, repossession, and collections processes.
- Communicate with customers, attorneys, vendors, and repossession agencies.
- Process payments, maintain account records, and track legal documentation.
- Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, account research, and administrative projects.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Type: Temp to hire position, full time, in office position
Compensation: $22-23 an hour DOE
