Now Hiring: Accounts Receivable Specialist


We are partnering with a well-established organization that is urgently seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site, temp-to-hire opportunity.

This is a great role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and values accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage Accounts Receivable transactions, including cash applications and invoicing.

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations with strong attention to detail.

Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding invoices.

Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure account accuracy.

Support month-end and year-end AR activities.

Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

2+ years experience in Accounts Receivables experience

Demonstrated experience with bank and credit card reconciliations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
