Immediate need for a remote accounts receivables coordinator to work on a long-term project. Position is with a stable and growing global organization with an excellent people-driven culture and outstanding leadership team.

The schedule is unique:
Contract role for 24 months. First 6 months offer 32 to 40 hours weekly to get a head start on the project. After 6 months, the hours reduce to about 20 hours weekly. Must be agreeable to this shift to part time.

Monday through Friday, morning hours.

• AR Coordinator
• Working remote. Prefer training in person if candidate is local to the Mission Viejo area.

We are looking for the following characteristics:

• Detailed and organized in their work, ability to multi-task
• Time management skills
• Ability to handle large volumes of commercial invoices per account
• Heavy reconciliation
• Advanced MS Excel skills, for reports
• Great at taking notes as it relates to customer interaction/conversation and putting them in system
• SAP experience would be a plus
• Technically savvy
• Ability to work independently and prioritize
• Independent worker who is also part of a team
• Follows direction well and follows our SOP's
• Understands risk/exposure and has experience escalating and suggesting an account get placed on credit hold
• Maintains a good relationship with customers
• Assist with pulling backup for audit requests.
