On-Site | Full-Time | Construction Industry

A growing construction company looking for a high-performing Accounts Receivable & Payroll Specialist to take ownership of the receivables, payroll, and key accounting processes. What You’ll Own:
Full-cycle Accounts Receivable — from invoicing to collections
Proactive collection calls, follow-ups, and escalations
Credit limits, customer terms, and aging management
Pre-liens and lien processing when required
Weekly payroll processing (zero-error standard)
Month-end journal entries and reconciliations
Maintaining data accuracy in Sage 100 Contractor
Close coordination with dispatch, AP, and ownership
This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and essential to company success.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of AR, payroll, or bookkeeping experience
Degree in Accounting required
Construction, trades, or contractor industry experience strongly preferred
Sage 100 Contractor experience highly preferred
Strong collections confidence and follow-through
Detail-obsessed with the ability to move quickly without sacrificing accuracy
English required (Spanish is a strong plus)
Available to work 40 hours per week on-site
