Accounts Receivable Representative

🕒 Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys solving problems, working with numbers, and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong Excel and accounting skills.
What You'll Do:
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes
Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate customer account records
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues
Process credit memos, debit memos, adjustments, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks
Review and reconcile unapplied funds and overpayments
Communicate with customers regarding account balances and payment inquiries
Correspond with banks regarding lockbox deposits
Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to resolve billing issues
Maintain accurate AR ledgers and documentation
Assist with special projects and other accounting-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Experience working within large ERP systems
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
