Accounts Receivable Clerk (Construction Billing)
Hybrid – WFH Tuesdays & Thursdays after 90 Days

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk with construction, engineering, or aerospace industry experience to support the accounting team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule after 90 days of employment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the A/R Lead with AIA-style invoicing, including progress billings and time & material billings
Handle billing using Percentage of Completion (POC) and Work in Progress (WIP)
Track and manage project retainage and process lien releases
Post incoming payments accurately (checks, ACH, wire transfers)
Monitor A/R aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
Research and resolve payment discrepancies, including change orders and deductions
Maintain accurate customer and project billing records
Required Qualifications
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
Construction billing experience required
Experience with POC and WIP
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiar with sales tax applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi task and learn new processes quickly
