Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Great Pay up to $30/hr.
Immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do:
Prepare and verify daily bank deposits with a high level of accuracy
Apply customer payments to open invoices (checks, wires, ACH, and credit cards)
Maintain and organize the accounts receivable ledger, files, and records
Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and bank reconciliations
Manage customer portal uploads and data entry
Help ensure timely and accurate cash application and account balancing
What You Bring:
Associate degree (AA) or technical certification in Accounting or a related field
At least one year of accounting or accounts receivable experience
Hands-on experience with cash applications, deposits, reconciliations, and data entry
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
SAP experience is a plus
