Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Memphis, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and long-term growth potential. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing high-volume receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards)
• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Manage aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status
• Prepare and send invoices accurately and timely
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account issues

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• BA degree in Accounting or related field
