We're hiring a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to power our back office operations. You'll handle high-volume cash posting, invoice verification, and fraud detection in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Post all incoming cash receipts accurately to client accounts and invoices same-day, using remittances.
- Verify invoice documentation, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with internal teams.
- Research, reconcile, and analyze data for financial accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor transactions for potential fraud during verification.
- Maintain strict adherence to accounting controls and policies in a high-volume setting.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Accounts Receivable experience (high-volume cash application preferred).
- High school diploma required.
- Strong grasp of AR principles, Excel proficiency, and accounting software.
- Analytical, organized, detail-focused with excellent communication.
- Ability to thrive under pressure independently.
