We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a growing company in Carlstadt, NJ. This role is ideal for someone detail oriented, organized, and reliable with strong AR and general accounting skills.
Responsibilities
• Process customer payments and post to accounts
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due invoices
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accounting software
• Communicate with clients regarding billing and payment issues
Requirements
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or Accounting Clerk experience
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
