Accounts Receivable Specialist
Salary: $60,000–$70,000
Location: Fully In-Office

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is fully in-office and requires strong, hands-on experience using NetSuite, which is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing invoicing, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial operations in a collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and cash application

-Maintain and reconcile AR records within NetSuite

-Review aging reports and ensure accuracy of account balances

-Resolve billing discrepancies and internal account issues

-Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

Required Qualifications:

-Proven Accounts Receivable experience

-NetSuite experience is required

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in-office setting

-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general accounting principles
