Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and comfortable managing a high volume of invoices and payment records. This role is responsible for posting customer payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial data. A strong customer service mindset is essential, as the position involves daily communication with clients regarding billing questions, outstanding balances, and payment arrangements. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also research and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role includes generating AR reports, monitoring aging, and supporting the month-end close process. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for both internal and external interactions. Experience with collections is a plus, but the company prioritizes a respectful, service-oriented approach.
