Do you have experience in accounts receivable? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a company located in the South Side area of Pittsburgh. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for processing payment of billing customers and collecting payments. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will also be responsible for creating and sending invoices, following up on overdue payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements of the Accounts Receivable position:
- 1-3 years of AR experience
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or business field
- Proficient with all Microsoft products including Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
