Position Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Salary Range: $14/hr – $16/hr

Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role in managing the company’s incoming payments. This position is responsible for monitoring client accounts, ensuring timely collections, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze aging reports and other accounts receivable summaries.
• Process and apply customer payments accurately and on time.
• Investigate unidentified receipts and reconcile client accounts.
• Monitor overdue balances and proactively follow up with clients.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
• Update and maintain accurate billing information.

Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or an accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
