What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take the lead in managing our full accounts receivable cycle, helping keep projects and partnerships running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
Handling invoicing, payment processing, and collections
Using ADP for payroll-related tasks and QuickBooks for financial reporting
Reconciling accounts and quickly resolving discrepancies
Maintaining clear, accurate records of all financial transactions and client communications
Collaborating with project managers and other teams to keep billing processes efficient and consistent
Preparing regular reports on AR metrics and outstanding balances

What You Bring:
At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role
Proficiency with ADP and QuickBooks
A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
A team-player attitude with a strong commitment to accuracy and positivity
