Company Overview:
Our client, a leading restoration services provider, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Representative to join their team. This role is critical in managing financial accuracy and delivering empathetic customer service to homeowners who have experienced significant property damage.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all Accounts Receivable functions including invoice creation, change orders, and collection of deposits.
Provide Accounts Payable support on Mondays, including processing vendor invoices and categorizing expenses.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper coding in QuickBooks Online.
Communicate with clients, adjustors, and project managers to resolve billing questions and ensure timely payment.
Learn and utilize the company’s CRM system to track projects, payments, and client communications.
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with homeowners and partners, handling sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
Experience in plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or similar service industries is highly preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
