Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping financial operations running smoothly? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing day-to-day financial transactions, supporting payroll, and ensuring accuracy across our systems.

This is a local-only opportunity — candidates must reside in Washington State to be considered. We’re seeking someone who understands the importance of precision, confidentiality, and collaboration in a fast-paced business environment.

What You’ll Do

Receive and process daily AR financials, post to the general ledger, and reconcile accounts
Maintain vendor records and AR files in the ERP system
Monitor corporate banking accounts and report variances
Review and approve timesheets for payroll processing
Administer payroll including 401(k), HSA, and FSA contributions
Process invoices, run weekly AP, and manage expense reports
Handle B&O taxes, 1099s, and supplier audits
Support month-end reporting and assist with financial statements

What We’re Looking For

Solid understanding of AR/AP processes and bookkeeping principles
Familiarity with ERP systems
Experience with HRIS systems
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
High level of integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Must be currently located in Washington State
