A/R Lead – Construction Billing (Hybrid Opportunity)

A/R Lead with strong construction billing and AIA invoicing experience to oversee project-based billing and collections in a growing organization.
? Hybrid work schedule after 90 days (WFH Tuesdays & Thursdays)
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead full-cycle A/R billing and collections for construction projects
Prepare and issue AIA billings, including complex pay applications
Manage billing using POC and WIP accounting methods
Collaborate with project managers and coordinators on collections and billing issues
Apply payments through systems such as Textura, GC Pay, Procore, Oracle, SAP/Ariba, and others
Track and manage lien waivers to ensure compliance and timely payment
Review aging reports weekly and flag high-risk accounts
Post and reconcile daily receipts to the general ledger
Oversee licensing renewals and annual tax-related filings
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of Accounts Receivable experience
Construction industry background required
Strong hands-on knowledge of AIA billing
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel-heavy role)
Familiarity with sales tax and revenue tracking
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Ability to quickly learn and retain complex processes
