Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location: Loveland, CO
Pay: $60,000 – $75,000 annually
Position Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join a growing engineering firm in Loveland, Colorado. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in billing, invoicing, and general accounting functions who can support accurate financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable processes including billing and invoicing
Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
Maintain and reconcile General Ledger accounts
Prepare and post journal entries
Monitor account balances and follow up on outstanding payments
Assist with month-end closing activities
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial procedures
Qualifications:
Must have NetSuite Experience
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable required
Experience with 3-way matching
Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
Familiarity with General Ledger and journal entries
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Stable work history with good job tenure
