This Accounts Payable/ Receivable/Collections Position Features:
Working on site for a HOA Property Management Company
Initiate and/or respond to member correspondence which may include, but is not limited to inquiries regarding account balances, collection status, unsigned or returned checks and association documents. Perform member account research, audit and reconciliation as needed.
Process new and resale deed set-up, including ownership information update in the accounting system.
Assist with routine title company closing communication and prepare demand letters.
Responsible for ACH input, letters, and maintaining permanent files.
Enter or update new parcel information into the accounting system including lot and block numbers and street addresses for owner assessment and linked violation accounts.
Prepare and/or take deposits to local banks, as needed. And more
