Now Hiring: Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: On-site - Downtown Orlando
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 25 hours/week (5 hours/day between 8am–3pm)
Compensation: $24–$28 per hour
Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly
Reports to: Accounting Supervisor

Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys structured A/R work and delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our clients accounting team on a part-time basis.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day accounts receivable activity, maintain accurate financial records, and support client billing needs. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, values accuracy, and is looking to grow within an established accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
Process and post incoming payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card transactions
Prepare deposit activity and maintain organized financial documentation
Make adjustments or write-offs as needed
Follow up on overpayments and respond to client inquiries regarding statements
Partner with internal team members to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
Review account activity to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

Who We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience in a professional services environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
