Accounts Receivable Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our cash flow management, ensuring that our billing is accurate, payments are processed timely, and outstanding balances are resolved professionally.

What You’ll Do
Invoice Management: Prepare, post, and send accurate invoices to customers daily.
Payment Processing: Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Collections: Monitor aging reports and reach out to customers regarding overdue accounts with a professional and helpful approach.
Reconciliation: Verify and resolve billing discrepancies and reconcile the AR ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for.
Reporting: Generate weekly reports on account status and cash flow projections for the Finance Manager.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups and pivot tables are a plus) and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for numbers and a commitment to 100% accuracy.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with clients and internal departments.
Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
