Immediate need for a bilingual Spanish accounts receivable clerk. Will be responsible for the following:
· Invoicing and payment management
· Credit memos, Refunds
· Cash application: Deposits, wire transfers, credit cards
· Process credit applications for credit terms/credit increase
· Prepared deposits
· Collection duties via email and phone
· Manage accounts
· Generated past due/ accounts on hold and paid transactions reports

Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish
3+ years of accounts receivable experience


Work Hours:
Mon-Thurs 8:00am-4:30pm Friday 8:00am-12:00pm
As of January 5, the schedule will be Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm off Fridays
