What You'll Do:

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable

Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies

Apply payments accurately and in a timely manner

Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances

Support month-end closing and reporting

What We're Looking For:

Prior AR experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
Client portal experience a plus

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn

Experience in manufacturing or similar industries is a plus
