Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN
Assignment Dates: October 27, 2025 – February 28, 2026
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst – Order-to-Cash to support Accounts Receivable activities during a temporary assignment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well-established organization while applying strong financial and analytical skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related programs; AS400 experience a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
Apply customer payments in a timely and precise manner
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger
Generate and distribute customer invoices
Monitor accounts for late or irregular payments
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
Respond to customer billing and payment inquiries
Prepare and distribute AR-related reports
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulations
Support additional AR projects as needed
