Accounts Receivable Analyst – San Juan, PR
Industry: Industrial Equipment Distributor
Salary: $14–$16 per hour

Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the company’s cash flow through timely collections. This role involves client communication, payment reconciliation, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor aging reports and follow up with clients on outstanding balances.
• Apply customer payments accurately and investigate unidentified receipts.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and account status.
• Analyze AR reports and support audit processes.
• Update client billing information and assist with collection strategies.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.

Requirements:
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in AR, accounting, or related roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong grammar and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software tools.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
