Job Title: Accounts Receivable Admin
Location: Center Valley, PA (Local candidates preferred for occasional onsite work)
Pay Rate: $16–$20/hour (42% markup)
Duration: Up to 6 months
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Admin to support our Credit Risk group within the Finance department for a 6-month contract. The role involves processing customer credit applications, analyzing financial data, recommending credit limits, and collaborating with Finance, Customer Care, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order releases and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process new customer credit applications by collecting data, running credit bureau reports, contacting trade references, and reviewing financial statements under the guidance of the Accounts Receivable Manager and Credit Risk Specialist.
• Analyze financial data and company research to recommend appropriate credit limits and payment terms, compiling data for management approval and entering into CRM database.
• Collaborate with Credit Specialist and Credit and Collections to manage daily sales order releases from finance holds and communicate credit limits, payment terms, and order status to Customer Care, Sales, and customers.
• Monitor group email boxes, ensure prompt resolution of requests, and maintain accurate records for audit and JSOX compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with team workflow, special projects, and related support as needed.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 0–3 years of B2B experience in Credit and Collections or a related Finance/Accounting role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with major ERP/CRM applications preferred.
Additional Requirements:
• Must reside within commuting distance of Center Valley, PA, for occasional onsite work.
• Ability to adhere to company policies, procedures, and JSOX requirements.
