We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive professional with strong billing experience and a desire to grow within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, maintain, and manage monthly invoices and AR ledgers
Investigate and reconcile billing discrepancies
Review purchase orders and change orders for billing accuracy
Collaborate with Collections Specialists on outstanding invoices
Generate and interpret reports using Excel and accounting systems
Audit and reconcile account balances, receipts, and expense claims
Prepare documentation for input into a computerized accounting system
Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
Perform general accounting and administrative duties
Support additional tasks and projects as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of billing-specific experience (exceptional billing experience highly preferred)
Proven ability to process high volumes of transactions accurately
Experience with integrated accounting systems Oracle, NetSuite, Sage or QuickBooks
Familiarity with Accounts Payable and expense reporting processes
Proficiency in posting journal entries and maintaining general ledgers
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
