We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional. Scheduled Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. In this role, you will support the Accounts Payable department by coding invoices, entering accounts payable transactions, assisting with filing, and conducting A/P research as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong A/P experience, the ability to learn quickly, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with bank reconciliations, asset schedules and asset entries, DMV requirements, insurance certificates, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for large vendors. Candidates with accounting coursework or knowledge that can support other areas of the accounting department are preferred. We offer a strong benefits package including 10 PTO days, 6 sick days per year, and eligibility for a 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match after 90 days.
