Corporate office in Plainview, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Clerk to support the team in addressing a current backlog. This is a two-month temporary assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Responsibilities include:
Accounts Payable:
- Processing vendor invoices,
- Matching purchase orders to invoices
- Preparing and issuing payments
Accounts Receivable
- Generating invoices,
- Posting payments
- Following up on outstanding balances
- Reconciling accounts
- Heavy data entry

- One year previous Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
- Min High School diploma or GED required
- Fast learner, computer proficient with basic MS Excel, Word, Outlook
- Availability to work temp assignment Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
