A well known establishment in the entertainment industry is looking for an Accounts Payable/ Payroll Coordinator to join their team! This DIRECT HIRE position is looking for someone to start ASAP. The ideal candidate will have years of experience in accounts payable and payroll coordinating. Must live in the Burbank area!
Direct Hire Opportunity!
Pay: $60k- $80k/ yr
Start: ASAP
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
?Reviews invoices for appropriateness, and obtains approvals prior to processing
?Codes invoices to ensure proper financial statement classification
?Processes contributions and participant refunds
?Calculates and funds quarterly employee Pension contributions
?Handles vendor inquiries and maintains account payable files
?Identifies A/P invoices to include in financial statement accruals
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
Accounts payable and payroll experience required
Excellent written, communication and organizational skills
Degree in related field preferred
MUST HAVE 5 YEARS IN PAYROLL AND AP EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED
