About the Role:
We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a well-established company in Newport Beach. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling high invoice volumes. The company offers a supportive environment and is willing to train on their accounting system (MYUP Account Edge).

Key Responsibilities:
Process 150–200 invoices per day
Communicate with vendors to ensure billing accuracy
Maintain records of vendor issues for reporting
Provide general clerical support: answering phones, greeting clients, scanning, stocking supplies, making coffee, handling mail
Assist with customer service tasks as needed
Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values
