Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of two years of applicable experience and a solid foundation in accounts payable processes, general ledger familiarity, and Microsoft Office proficiency—particularly with Excel functions such as organizing data and using basic formulas. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a professional office environment, can manage multiple tasks under deadlines. This position involves entering vendor bills daily, reconciling purchase receipts, conducting weekly check runs, and maintaining accurate vendor records.. Additional duties include preparing expense reports for senior management, assisting with various ad hoc accounting projects, managing incoming mail and supply inventory, and supporting overall office administration.
