Contract: March 2, 2026 – June 1, 2026 (Approx. 3 months, potential extension)
Hybrid Schedule: 1 day in office / 4 days remote (after training)

About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in downtown Orlando. This hybrid role offers flexibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and internal controls in a dynamic accounting environment.

During the initial training period (typically a few weeks), you’ll work onsite 3 days per week. Once training is successfully completed, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of 1 in-office day per week (designated by the manager) and 4 remote days.

What You’ll Do
Support accounts payable operations in a high-volume environment
Enforce internal controls and SOX compliance requirements
Review and audit Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses
Research and resolve discrepancies efficiently and accurately
Respond promptly to help desk inquiries and assist with aged items resolution
Partner with internal and external stakeholders during routine audits
Maintain confidentiality during investigative audits
Assist in developing and improving workflows, procedures, and SOP documentation
Complete additional projects as assigned by the Accounts Payable Shared Services Manager

What You Bring
Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of accounting and/or auditing experience
Strong understanding of T&E policies and internal controls
Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Experience with Concur (preferred)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
High integrity, sound work ethic, and professionalism
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
