Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or a related field (Is a Plus)
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience (Is a must non negociable)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including reporting, analysis, and reconciliation
Experience supporting internal and external audits
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, paperless environment
Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology platforms
Software Experience
JD Edwards (JDE)
IntelliChief
Selex
Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
Process invoices and vendor payments through an automated workflow
Review and reconcile vendor statements
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain accurate Accounts Payable records and documentation
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Generate reports and analyze financial data using
Excel
Partner with accounting, purchasing, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Support continuous process improvement initiatives
