We're looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Specialist who enjoys working with data and takes pride in accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
📈 MUST HAVE 3+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience no exceptions!
🔢 Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
📊 Loves working with spreadsheets and financial data
💻 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
What You'll Do:
✔ Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently
✔ Match invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
✔ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
✔ Process check runs and electronic payments
✔ Maintain organized financial records and support month-end closing
