We are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a busy and growing company in Bakersfield! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and is looking for long-term stability and growth.
? Responsibilities Include:
- Accounts payable processing and invoice management
- Payment processing and tracking in database
- Quality control reporting on fruit to SP management
- Utilities database input and monthly journal entries
- Scanning and filing documents
- Reception backup coverage during lunch hour
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting accounting functions
? Requirements:
- MUST HAVE 2 years of recent Accounts Payable experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
