We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a key part of the finance team. If you’re detail-driven, dependable, and value consistency and accuracy, this could be a great next step.

Key responsibilities include:
Processing vendor invoices and payments
Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining accurate accounts payable records
Supporting month-end A/P activities

Qualifications:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, or related trades
Proficiency with Sage (Sage 50, Sage 100, or similar)
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
