This Accounts Payable Specialist Position Features:
Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume, high-priority vendor accounts. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring strong technical skills and experience with ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently Manage vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships Ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies, reconcile statements and assist with month-end/year-end closing. Handle data entry and internal/vendor inquiries. Make vendor call-backs and resolve PO/invoice discrepancies. Distribute mail and support general accounting staff. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. Proficient in accounting software. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
