Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Temporary – 3–4 Months)

Pay: $21–$23/hour

Duration: 3–4 months

Schedule: Full-time


About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis for the next 3–4 months. This role is critical in helping the organization stay current with invoice processing and vendor payments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers and processes, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely payment of invoices and maintain payment schedules
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with vendors and internal departments to address payment inquiries
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Assist with improving accounts payable processes and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills for vendor and internal coordination
