We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding construction company seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their collaborative and high-energy team. What You’ll Do

As a key member of the AP team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping financial operations running smoothly:

Process and verify invoices using HH2 (automated billing system)
Accurately enter vendor details, invoice data, coding, and payment timelines
Support weekly AP payment runs in Sage 300
Perform monthly vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Match invoices with waivers and lien releases in compliance with construction standards
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships by handling inquiries promptly
Manage scanning and filing of payment remittances
Review and code AMEX and Comdata credit card transactions
Reconcile credit card activity monthly and ensure accurate system integration
Assist with additional accounting and AP-related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of construction accounting experience, including 2+ years in Accounts Payable
Familiarity with Sage 300, HH2, and AMEX/Comdata (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team player with excellent organizational and communication skills
