Accounts Payable Specialist (Temporary)

Pay: $20–$22/hour

Duration: Approximately 3 months

Location: On-site – Vineland area
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team on a temporary basis. This role is needed immediately to support the department while two team members are out on leave. We’re looking for someone with strong AP knowledge who can jump in quickly and contribute right away.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable duties
Review, code, and process invoices accurately and timely
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with check runs and payment processing
Maintain organized and accurate AP records
Communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed

Qualifications:
Prior experience in Accounts Payable (beyond clerical or data entry level)
Strong understanding of AP processes and best practices
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable and comfortable working fully on-site
