Accounts Payable Coordinator
One of our great clients in Irvine is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with prior A/P experience in a distribution or import-related environment who is comfortable working with vendor invoices, freight-related costs, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and review accounts payable for domestic and international vendors
Reconcile invoices and supporting documentation, including freight-related charges
Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system
Research discrepancies and assist with invoice resolution
Coordinate with internal teams to obtain approvals and documentation
Support payment processing and month-end accounting activities
Qualifications:
Previous accounts payable experience, preferably in a distribution or import-related setting
Experience working with ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
