Title: Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist
Pay Rate: $15.00 – $23.00/hr

Location: Highland Hills, OH 44122

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 Hours/Week)

Position Overview:
Join a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial specialty finance firm dedicated to providing working capital and strategic back-office support to the staffing industry. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented professional to manage essential cash flow transactions and mitigate financial risk.

Core Responsibilities:
Transaction Management: Execute high-volume back-office financial transactions related to both incoming (AR) and outgoing (AP) cash flows.

Cash Application: Accurately post payments and reconcile accounts to ensure ledger integrity.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and report potential fraudulent activity or financial discrepancies.

Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and maintain organized documentation for audit trails.

Client Support: Provide professional service-oriented communication to resolve billing inquiries and payment issues.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general Bookkeeping.

Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

High level of integrity and the ability to spot irregularities in financial data.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven culture.
