Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support our finance team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with high-volume invoice processing, vendor management, and full-cycle accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and resolve any discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues and maintain good relationships
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable files and records
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures and accounting principles
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Criminal Background Check/10 Panel Drug Screening
