Location: Calabasas, CA (Hybrid – Onsite 3 days/week)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (½ hour lunch)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Processor to join our team in Calabasas, CA. This position is ideal for someone early in their accounting career—approximately 2 years of experience—who has a completed degree in Accounting or Finance and is eager to grow in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable payments accurately and efficiently
Verify and match invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation
Assist with weekly payment runs and vendor communication
Maintain organized electronic and paper files
Support the AP team with various administrative and reconciliation tasks
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
1–3 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
