This Accounts Payable Specialist Position Features:
• 6-months contract
• Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
• On-site - Oceanside, CA
• Great Pay $22/hr to $25/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist Shared Services with processing paper or EDI inventory invoices
• Process and allocate expense invoices
• Research discrepancies and charge backs
• Process vendor rebates
• Assist with vendor’s inquiries
• Back up receptionist when necessary
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Assists corporate financial officers and branch personnel as necessary.
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or G.E.D
• 1 - 3 years' of related experience and/or training
Requirements:
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with little supervision
• Must demonstrate good time management skills
• Must possess excellent customer service skills
• Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Basic computer skills – MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good communication and writing skills
• Organization skills and excellent phone etiquette
• Must have strong work ethics and professional attitude
