Accounts Payable Specialist – Flexible Part-Time Hours | Up to $34/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Full-cycle Accounts Payable (low volume)
? Customer billing via email
? Payroll for up to 12 employees using QuickBooks Online
? Job costing and recordkeeping
? Office organization – opening mail, filing, and creating systems
? Setting up new customer and supplier accounts

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of Accounts Payable/Office Management experience

Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset

Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!

Someone excited to help build and maintain efficient office systems
