* At least 1 year of recent Accounts Payable experience (required)

What You’ll Do
* Process invoices accurately and on time
* Review vendor payments and confirm proper coding
* Enter approved invoices into Yardi for multiple properties
* Verify GL codes and purchase approvals before posting
* Post payable batches and prepare payments
* Research and resolve vendor payment questions
* Partner with teams and vendors to keep processes smooth
* Assist with special accounting projects as needed
Qualifications
** Extremely detailed, accurate, results-oriented, and organized
** Ability to catch errors and make corrections before posting AP batches
** Critical and analytical mindset
** Excellent communication and organizational skills
** Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
