We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and manage high-volume invoice processing in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for processing 400–500 invoices per week through 3-way matching, coding invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, reconciling discrepancies with internal teams, maintaining vendor records, preparing reports, and supporting month-end close and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate will bring 2–4+ years of accounts payable or related finance experience, strong proficiency in Excel and NetSuite, and a background in manufacturing, with retail experience considered a plus. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and the adaptability to contribute to evolving processes and improvements while maintaining professional communication with vendors and internal departments.
